Massive congratulations to Mel Pharaoh for becoming a finalist in this years Land Based & the Environment Awards at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham. Mel completed her Crop Technician Apprenticeship in Commercial Horticulture during 2024 winning the Midland Regional Growers Apprentice of the Year Awards at Malvern Spring Show in May.
